Chance looks for employees who possess high intellect and content-area knowledge, who are creative and passionate about teaching and learning and leading, who have strong communication skills, and who are productive and energetic with strong work ethics, and who value their relationships with students, colleagues and families.

The school welcomes employment inquiries at any time during the year.  In general, most interviewing and hiring for teaching and administrative positions occur during the months of May, June and July; however, positions are filled throughout the year as openings become available.

Substitute Teachers for the Regular School Program
Working with children from age 2 – grade 5
Preschool hours from 8:00am – 12pm; elementary hours from 8:00am – 3:30pm
On an as needed basis Monday through Friday

Substitute Teachers for the Extended School Program
Working with children from age 2 – grade 5
Hours include 7:30 – 9am, 11:30am – 3pm and/or 3 – 6pm
On an as needed basis Monday through Friday
