Hula Fitness

Open to 1st-5th Grade

 

A lively mix of hula hooping, dance, play, movement, and yoga fosters physical fitness, creative expression, and self-esteem. All classes inspire students to demonstrate what they’ve gained through dance, play, and hula hoop games. This fun and distinctive fitness program offers numerous benefits for children: hula hooping is an entertaining way for kids to remain active, enhancing their coordination, uplifting their mood and confidence, and improving spatial awareness, balance, and flexibility. It delivers a comprehensive workout, activating the core, leg, and arm muscles. Additionally, hula hooping enhances executive functioning skills such as attention, concentration, and spatial awareness while actively engaging the vestibular system. Our Teacher, Mrs. Angie, makes fitness enjoyable, ensuring every child stays motivated and engaged. Enjoy the benefits of fitness through play!

Schedule: Fridays from 3:00-4:30 (3/14-5/16)

Extras: Parents will need to provide a snack for their student

Billing: After the start of the session, you'll receive an invoice in your FACTS Family Portal for $200.00

Note: Please complete one form per child and return to fill it out again for the next child (sibling)

*Enrichments are not in session on non-school days, conference days, holidays, breaks, or half-days
